Day 1. Your award-winning Lapland holiday starts here

Our expertly curated resorts in Lapland will ensure that your holiday creates memories to cherish for a lifetime. Luosto, Pyha, Ruka amd Suomu offer the true essence of this winter wonderland. Each resort boasts a unique character and charm, providing the perfect setting for your festive adventure.

Luosto and Pyha are nestled in the Pyha/Luosto National Park, these resorts immerse you in the stunning beauty of snow-covered fells, one of the magical playgrounds of Santa's Special Elves.

Ruka, known for its excellent skiing conditions, offers a blend of adventure and Christmas cheer, with many of our accommodations lying on the edge of the resort or in the peaceful Valley, as befitting our Lapland tours.

Finally, the charming and authentic resort of Suomu, provides a tranquil escape from the modern world with picturesque landscapes, and a warm welcoming ambience.

Day 2. Your Search for Santa Begins

Start your day with a hot buffet breakfast in the resort, then it’s time to join your tour guide and board the coach to a secret location where Santa has recently been seen.

As our adventures begin with the help of huskies and reindeer – the Special Elves will provide us with clues to Santa's whereabouts. Perhaps Prancer, Donner & Blitzen might guide our path.

Learn about the lives of Santa’s faithful furry friends from the ranger; there may even be time to feed a reindeer before enjoying a sleigh safari in the snow covered Lappish countryside.

After an exciting morning, we’ll stop for a warming lunch. Later you may join Wendy Wood in her toy workshop, when you meet the Elves at home. Once again, this evening there will be a buffet-style dinner served in the resort.

Day 3. Discover Santa’s Home with Help from the Magical Elves

This morning we’ll leave the resort to resume our Search for Santa. Will those Special Elves help us to find Santa’s secret hideaway today? Yes, they will!

Play lots of snow games with the Elves, try to keep up with Speedy Sam as he races around, and watch out for Tricky Dicky, who might send you in the wrong direction, in our final Search for Santa. When we discover Santa’s home, a friendly Elf will be there to welcome you into his house, before inviting you to meet this mesmerising jolly man. Enjoy your magical moment with Santa Claus himself.

Return to the resort for a special celebration dinner followed by a festive party with the Special Elves to commemorate finding Santa!

Day 4:. Say a fond farewell to majestic Lapland

After a leisurely breakfast, it's almost time to say a fond farewell to our Lappish friends.

As we leave, we’ll sing the Elf Song one last time, during the journey to the airport, your Arctic Star guide will provide you with certificates and souvenir licences to commemorate crossing the Arctic Circle.

A short stop may be made en route to enable you to purchase some Lapland souvenirs before it’s time to board your flight home.

Pyhä log cabins are open-plan and vary in style, layout and decoration. Each cabin is comfortably furnished and beds vary from double beds and bunk beds (very traditional & Lappish in style) to beds/mattresses in the loft area suitable for adults and children alike. Cabins are generally 15 minutes walk from the resort centre and restaurant.

Open Plan Cabins

The Pyhä Log Cabins are furnished to a good standard and inspired by traditional Scandi design. All of the the cabins are open-plan & they are ideal for families with children age 4 and above. 

The majority of the cabins sleep between 3-6 people comfortably.  No two log cabins are alike and some will be furnished with either double or twin beds.  In addition, some cabins have bunk beds (very Lappish in style) or single beds in a loft area, which is accessed by a paddle/ladder staircase that is secured with a gate at the top. 

Your cosy Pyhä log cabin includes a shower room with Finnish sauna, a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, drying cupboard and a sitting area with log fire.  A perfect spot to relax in the evening after the festivities of the day.
